— General
What areas do you service?
We service all of Centurion and surrounding areas within a 30km radius — including Eldoraigne, Wierdapark, Irene, Doringkloof, Clubview, Lyttelton, Rooihuiskraal, Diepmeadow, and Hennopspark. For larger commercial jobs, we travel further — just ask.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry R10 million public liability insurance, employer's liability under COIDA, goods in transit, and professional indemnity. We can provide proof of cover to your body corporate or insurer on request.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. All site assessments and quotes are free of charge and carry no obligation. You receive a written quote within 24 hours of the assessment.
How quickly can you respond?
For standard enquiries, we respond within 2 hours during business hours. For emergencies (storm damage, trees on structures, trees near power lines), we respond 24/7 — average response time within Centurion is 45 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT, cash, and all major credit/debit cards. Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in the quote.
Do you work on weekends?
Saturday mornings by appointment. Sundays are emergency callouts only. Public holidays by special arrangement.
— Tree Removal
Do I need permission to fell a tree on my property?
In many Centurion estates and some municipal areas, trees above a certain size are protected. We advise on permissions needed and can assist with applications to your body corporate, HOA, or the municipality.
How do I know if a tree is dangerous?
Signs include sudden leaning, cracks in the trunk, fungal growth, large dead branches, and heaving soil at the base. If you notice any of these, call us for a professional risk assessment.
What happens to the wood and debris?
All debris is removed as part of our standard service. Timber can be cut to firewood lengths and left on site if you prefer. Brush and branches are chipped and either left as mulch or removed.
Can you work near power lines?
Yes, but work within 5m of power lines requires coordination with Eskom or the municipality. We handle this coordination as part of the job.
— Process & Pricing
How much does tree felling cost?
Pricing depends on tree size, location, species, condition, and debris handling. A small tree (up to 5m) starts from around R1,200, while large complex removals can exceed R12,000. See our Pricing page for detailed ranges.
Can you provide references?
Absolutely. We have hundreds of satisfied customers across Centurion. Check our Testimonials page, or ask us for references in your specific suburb.
Do you plant trees as well?
Yes. We offer tree planting and aftercare services, including species selection, professional planting, staking, and a two-year care plan. We also plant a tree for every ten we remove.
What if it rains on the day of my job?
Light rain is fine for most work. Heavy rain or lightning stops all climbing work for safety. We'll reschedule at the earliest available slot and keep you informed.
